In 2020 Unident ApS acquired Vestjydsk Dental in Denmark in order to strengthen our position in the field of Equipment and related service offering. Unfortunately, the former owners of Vest Jydsk Dental decided to leave the company, and this led to difficulties for us to get develop the business at the position we were aiming for. We have therefore concluded that the business must be wound down and we do not see any remaining options for us at present to run a commercially viable business in the Equipment area based out of Denmark.

However, we have several product areas where we have great momentum, success and see further opportunities in Denmark.
Unident Group and Unident ApS will still be a partner to You and to our customers in Denmark with the aim to offer groundbreaking dental care, innovative products and new ways of working in the product areas of Intraoral scanning, Clear aligners and Dental consumables including surgery.
